• Afia Clinic Expansion: Our holistic health and wellbeing services are now even more accessible, created especially for BAME women like you. Whether you need a listening ear, practical support, or a safe space, the clinic is here for you.

• Resilient Women Clubs: Join our new cycling and swimming groups—designed to help you build confidence, community, and joy, no matter your starting point.

• Business & Leadership Workshops: Ready to grow, learn, and connect? Our workshops bring together women who want to lead, innovate, and support each other.

• One-to-One Support: From mental health to entrepreneurship, from personal development to navigating services, our team will walk beside you every step of the way.

• Physical Presence in Gateshead: We are establishing new premises in Gateshead City Centre, making our services and spaces more visible and accessible than ever before.
