APPRENTICESHIP PLACEMENT

Main Objective:

To assist our target grup to reach for their dreams and aspirations in the transition from unemployment to learning on the job through training.

Secondary Objectives:

To provide or find good standard apprenticeship placements
To identify apprentice’s needs
To support everyone in managing and maintaining their economic well being
To help individuals to develop new skills and goals

Apprenticeships are structured training programmes which give people a chance to work (literally) towards a qualification. They help individuals to gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen industry. Having an opportunity to get into employment earlier means there’s lots of potential for individuals to progress in their career quickly, WEWN purpose is to offer these opportunities to migrant women

WEWN recognises that confidence is driven by experience, therefore thrives to sustain voluntary services within its delivery provision
